At Breaking the Grass Ceiling, we’re here to redefine what it means to play the game—both on and off the golf course. Our story isn’t just about golf; it’s about breaking barriers, creating connections, and building confidence in spaces where women have historically been underrepresented.
It all started with a simple swing.
Our founder didn’t grow up with a golf club in hand, but it became a life-changing obsession when she discovered the game in her mid-twenties. Golf wasn’t just a sport; it became a tool to step into rooms and relationships she never thought possible. From rounds with executives to landing roles in male-dominated industries, she saw firsthand how the course could transform not just a career but a mindset.
The fairways weren’t always welcoming, though. Breaking into the boys’ club meant navigating challenges, earning respect, and learning to wield the game as a secret weapon. But through those experiences came a passion for helping other women discover the same opportunities golf can offer.
Breaking the Grass Ceiling was born out of that vision—to empower women to use golf as more than a game. Whether you’re a beginner picking up a club for the first time or an experienced player looking to level up, we’re here to help you use the course as your platform to network, lead, and succeed.
With workshops, mentorship programs, and community events, we’re building a space where women can gain the skills and confidence to thrive in business, leadership, and life. Golf is more than just a game—it’s a chance to rewrite the rules and take your place at the table (or the tee box).
Because when women step onto the course, we’re not just playing the game—we’re changing it. Let’s swing for the fences together and shatter every ceiling—glass, grass, or otherwise.
